Ceiling fans that aren’t hideous? Is it possible?

Ive been “journaling” on a monthly wall calendar since my kids were little. I love taking quick lil notes about our days good and bad. But I can’t find the perfect one! Needs: big enough squares to throw in some notes, nice paper, pretty, month view
